Having a problem with git push -u origin master in gitlab, can you anyone know how to solve the below problem.

To gitlab.com:mraj/spiceqube.git
 ! [rejected]        master -> master (non-fast-forward)
error: failed to push some refs to '[email protected]:mohanraj/sq.git'
hint: Updates were rejected because the tip of your current branch is behind
hint: its remote counterpart. Integrate the remote changes (e.g.
hint: 'git pull ...') before pushing again.
hint: See the 'Note about fast-forwards' in 'git push --help' for details.

      If you have problem where your push is rejected, you may just need to “git pull origin master” before you “git push origin master”.
